Customer Reviews
Great wines, fair prices, but shipping could be faster
Compared to my usual Wine.com purchases, Naked Wines offers a refreshingly different model. I appreciate how Angel members get discounted pricing automatically โ it's much better than hunting for promo codes that often don't apply to my favorite Chilean wines anyway. The "Carmenere Reserva" I ordered was fantastic value for $12.99 a bottle, and the quality was definitely there. My only real gripe is the delivery time; it took about 7 business days to get my order, which feels a bit slow when I'm used to quicker turnarounds from other sites. Overall, a solid experience and I'll definitely be ordering again.
Great value on first order
I used a $100 off voucher for my first order and got a mixed wine case. It felt like a really good deal, saving so much on the total. The wines themselves were decent quality, definitely worth what I paid after the discount. I'd recommend it if you can snag one of those intro offers.
Good wine, delivery could improve
I got the 6 bottle starter case and was pretty happy with the selection, especially the Cabernet Sauvignon. The quality of the wine was definitely a step up from what I usually buy at the grocery store for the price I paid. Delivery took 8 days to reach me in California, which felt a bit long, but everything was well-packed. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the shipping delay, which was a plus. I just wish shipping was a little faster, even with the free shipping offer.
Consistently good quality and service
This was my third order from Naked Wines, and they've been pretty consistent. I ordered a luxury wine case this time. The Italian and French wines were particularly good. The Angel discount always makes it feel like I'm getting a solid deal. Shipping was faster this time compared to my first order, only about 5 days to get to me. I keep coming back because I know what to expect and the quality is always there for the price. No real complaints, they're reliable.
